Position Locations:

Alpharetta, GA

Position Summary: 

Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all invoices created and payments received using existing technology.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create tenant invoices (recurring and one time).

  • Process tenant rent payments (lockbox, ACH and regular checks) and deposits.

  • Assist with processing collections for M&O LLC.

  • Assist with invoicing for M&O, LLC

  • Reconcile and invoice client bill-back accounts for M&O, LLC

  • Monitor Outstanding A/R reports and follow up as necessary.

  • Assist with the bank reconciliation process.

  • Assist with monthly rent escalation process.

  • Respond to tenant billing questions as required.

  • Assist with related special projects as required.

  • Assist property managers with various questions and/or projects.

  • Maintain and update tenant information in accounting software.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. 

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement related to Accounts Receivable.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations.

  • Ability to solve complex problems related to job responsibilities and requirements.

  • MRI Experience Preferred

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting from a college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
