Meadows & Ohly is serving as the Program Manager for the $615M multi-year medical campus development project which is scheduled to open in summer 2023. M&O is responsible for scope development and oversight, schedule and budget oversight in addition to management of the integrated design and construction team. With deep healthcare real estate experience, M&O excels at creating exceptional places of care which in turn lead to Better Healthcare for those in need. The firm is excited to partner with Baptist as they pursue their mission of service beyond the physical walls of the hospital.
The new facility will occupy 57 acres and provide greater access for patients in the Northwest Florida region via the I-110 corridor. A 90 bed behavioral health facility is also planned for the campus. Current plans are for the existing Baptist Hospital facility on W Moreno Street and E Street to remain as a central hub for administration and the numerous community outreach programs that partner with Baptist to serve the local community.
