Position Locations:
Alpharetta, GA
Position Summary:
Plays a crucial role in supporting the finance team through data management, performing financial analysis and preparing financial reports for the firm and its business units.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from internal and external sources.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
Prepare presentations, charts, and graphs for senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain and update financial models to project business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest ways to enhance financial performance.
Perform ad-hoc requests.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from a four-year college or university
Two (2) plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in Real Estate industry preferred.
Experience with MRI preferred.
Must be able to successfully pass a background and credit screen.
