Meadows & Ohly partners with Athens Regional Health System

Meadows & Ohly is proud to partner with Athens Regional Health System on the 19,732 SF medical building located at 340 Exchange Blvd in Winder, GA.  M&O is providing management services for the building, which currently includes Regional FirstCare Barrow, an urgent care clinic affiliated with Athens Regional Health System.  M&O will also manage construction of 8,000 SF of first-generation shell space for a new primary care office to be constructed within the building.
