Spotlight on Larry Clark – finalist for the Meadows & Ohly Murray Award

Larry Clark has been a part of the Meadows & Ohly family for almost 5 years.  As building manager, Larry provides services to the Kennestone Physicians Center I & II buildings.  These buildings comprise over 185,000 square feet of medical office space on the WellStar Kennestone Regional Medical Center campus.

Larry was nominated and chosen as a finalist because:

  1. His tenants continually note his attentiveness and his initiative to tackle problems.
  2. His relationships with tenants, hospital employees and contractors are a top priority.
  3. His approach to all problems remains the same … serve tenants well regardless of how difficult the task may be.
  4. He remains calm in the midst of complex construction projects at his buildings.

In addition, Larry supports the Kennestone Outpatient Pavilion and the Kennestone Cancer Center which are also on the WellStar Kennestone Regional Medical Center Campus.  Larry definitely demonstrates the impeccable integrity, enthusiastic hard work, and the long-term relationships that are Meadows & Ohly’s core values.
