Spotlight on Innovation Tower

Meadows & Ohly served AdventHealth Central Florida as the developer for the 326,000 SF state-of-the-art medical office building in Orlando, Florida, known as the Innovation Tower. Construction began in February of 2021 and Innovation Tower opened to patients in August of 2022. The 12-story building offers an ambulatory surgery center, neurosurgery, orthopedics, imaging, rehabilitation, and research, delivering comprehensive outpatient care in one convenient location. The facility is the latest addition and focal point of the existing 172-acre Health Village, which serves as the home of AdventHealth Orlando, AdventHealth for Women and AdventHealth for Children- including centers of innovation and medical research, as well as residential, retail, dining, and lodging components.
