Ed Payne Honored as 2022 Meadows & Ohly Murray Award Winner

Atlanta, GA, May 9, 2022 – Meadows & Ohly, LLC, a comprehensive healthcare real estate services firm, is proud to announce Ed Payne as the winner of the prestigious 2022 Murray Award.

The Murray Award is presented annually to a building manager, chosen by his peers, who best exhibits characteristics which reflect Meadows & Ohly’s core values of impeccable integrity, enthusiastic hard work and long-term relationships, as we work daily to serve our physician tenants in a cost effective and first-class manner.

Established in 2011, the Murray Award was created in honor of Jerry Murray for his legacy of doing what is best, not what is easiest. Murray joined Meadows & Ohly in 1990 as the company’s first building manager, a role in which he used knowledge and experience gained in the US Navy to develop many of the original programs for preventative maintenance, record keeping and building manager development.

This year’s winner, Ed Payne, started with Meadows & Ohly in 2018, and since day one he has provided an exemplary level of service and expertise. He currently works on the Healthcare Realty account and manages Douglas Physicians Center I and II, 6043 Presley Mill, 4586 Timber Ridge, and 6025 Professional Parkway.
