With over 25 years of specialized experience in healthcare design and planning, Lora is recognized as a prominent thought leader in the industry, sharing her valuable insights by co-authoring numerous publications that shape the development of safer, more efficient healthcare facilities.

Lora’s extensive background as a licensed Architect, her membership with the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) and her involvement with the American Institute of Architecture (AIA), the Academy of Architecture for Health (AAH), Women In Healthcare (WIH), and LEED accreditation from the US Green Building Council, reflects her commitment to excellence in healthcare facility design.

In her new role as Meadows & Ohly’s Vice President of Planning, Lora brings a new perspective to clients with her expertise in strategic master facilities planning, site and facility optimization, and facility programming.  As a trusted advisor and consultant to executive teams, she guides strategic planning, major development, and capital spending decisions while collaborating closely with internal real estate, project management, and development teams, providing crucial insights for site development, selection, and project scope definition tasks.
