Meadows & Ohly Celebrates Official Groundbreaking at Piedmont Cartersville

Atlanta, GA, August 31, 2022 – Meadows & Ohly, LLC, a comprehensive healthcare real estate services firm, is pleased to support and attend the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Piedmont Cartersville Medical Center Tower Expansion.

Preconstruction on the project began in July 2022. The scope includes a 32,000 SF, two-story vertical expansion over an active inpatient bed unit, in addition to the renovation of the 11,400 SF Sterile Processing and Material Management spaces. The new fourth floor will be a shelled space, while the fifth floor will serve as a 20-bed Medical/Surgical Patient Unit. Construction is scheduled to be completed in November 2023.

Josh Williams, Senior Project Management Associate with Meadows & Ohly, is serving as Project Coordinator, working directly with Piedmont’s Director of Construction Related Programs in managing the overall budget, design, construction and activation of the new Tower Expansion.
